The financial landscape that we live in has never
been more complex and volatile. COFEA was founded with the distinct
purpose of educating individuals about the importance and process of
making smart financial decisions as it relates to their personal
life. Established as a non-profit organization we utilize
educational seminars and our website to reach individuals from all
walks of life and answer questions pertaining to their financial
situation. The financial education programs we offer cover a range
of financial topics, spanning from investing topics, retiring
information, insurance and tax planning and other financial topics.
These programs are designed to address the issues of individuals
currently in the workforce, those that are retired as well as the
student population. Please contact us directly for more information
and to have an event presented for your group or organization.
COFEA takes a special interest in those markets that
are typically underserved, including minority groups and women.
Recent surveys have shown that there is a special need for increased
financial literacy in the Hispanic and African American communities.
COFEA along with its partner organizations, is committed to
providing reliable guidance and educational resources to these, as
well as other underserved groups.

pertaining to the current state of minority financial literacy
